Ticketing Policy
Event Cancellations / Postponements
The venue or the event’s promoter are the ones who determine the policies on event cancellation or postponement. Generally, the venue or promoters policies provide a refund of the ticket price purchased. If for any reason an event is cancelled we will contact you and let you know of the venue or promoters policies so we can issue you a refund based on these. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the ticket, all processing fees, service fees, as well as any other fees on the ticket are not refundable. Because policies vary by venue and promoter we suggest you should contact the venue directly to get the information about the postponed date of the event and what the refunding policy may be. Ticket Limits
Many of our venues and promoters set a limit on the amount of tickets you can purchase for an event. This information will be listed under the ticket info on the events page before buying. If you try to make multiple orders of tickets for the same event beyond the limitation we reserve the right to cancel all purchases beyond the ticket limit listed.
Ticket Availability
The availability of tickets is subject to change. We are sales agents for venues and promoters and we do not control how many tickets are made available or the exact seat that will be given. When tickets are placed in a cart they are locked and not available to other customers. If the tickets are not purchased they are instantly released back to the public. Because of this the amount of tickets available fluctuates during high volume traffic.
Date and Pricing Errors
Please note that if there is an error in the date, price, or any other errors Sound Rink reserves the right to cancel these orders and issue a refund.
Name Changes
We do not allow name changes. If the name for pick up is different than the billing name please make sure to list the name that needs to be on the list under "Notes" before checkout.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We are unable to refund any purchases and all sales at Sound Rink are final. The venues and promoters that our clients use are unable to refund orders once they are placed. Only orders for shows that have been cancelled can be refunded. Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
