ALREADY PURCHASED TICKETS

I just purchased a TICKETLESS Package but what does that mean?

If on Sound Rink it says, “Please Note All Packages Purchased After **DATE** Do Not Include a Ticket for Entry” it means that this package does not include a ticket for entry to the event.  All this package includes is any items such as the Meet & Greet and any VIP package extras (i.e, poster, laminate, shirt, etc).

 

I purchased a TICKETLESS Package from Sound Rink but I want to buy a ticket to the show. Where can I do that?

If you bought a Ticketless Package from our website AFTER the date listed but now want to buy a ticket, this is what you can do. Look up the venue where the show will be playing and see if you can buy the ticket online from the venue’s website. If you can’t buy the ticket online, buy your ticket from the venue “Day of Show”.

 

How can I change the name on a ticket I purchased to mine?

If you’ve bought a ticket and need the name changed, please email us at info@soundrink.com. In the email state your name, order number, tour name, date, and the name you need changed. Remember that all tickets will be put under the name on the billing address when purchased from our website. If you are not the card holder, put in the checkout the name of the person who will be using the ticket purchased.

 

What if I purchased a ticket but never received a confirmation email?

If you bought a ticket from Sound Rink and didn’t receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@soundrink.com. In the email state your name and the ticket bought and we will send you a confirmation email shortly.

 

What do I do if I have a question I need answered but I’d rather speak to someone directly. Is there a number I can call if I have a question?

Sound Rink does have a customer service number you can call which is: 1-888-609-6622. If no one answers when you call, please leave your name, number, and the question you need answered. Upon receiving your message, we will call you back ASAP.

 

REFUNDS

 I just purchased the wrong VIP Package (or Ticket) to a show, can I be refunded?

 

Sound Rink will NOT offer refunds under these circumstances:

  • Accidentally bought wrong VIP package (or Pre-Sale Ticket)
  • Missed Meet & Greet
  • Are unable to go to concert (i.e. sick, no means of transportation, don't like venue, etc)
  • Were disappointed with concert (or Meet & Greet)
  • VIP package (or Pre-Sale Ticket) under wrong name

 

Sound Rink WILL offer refunds under these circumstances:

  • Fraudulent charges on credit/debit card
  • Cancellation (or postponed) show
  • Show rescheduled but can't make new date
  
My show has been rescheduled but I can't make the new date, can I get a refund?

 Yes, please email us at info@soundrink.com and we will do that for you.

 

GETTING MY TICKETS

 When will my tickets be shipped to me?

Sound Rink does not send tickets by mail.  After buying your ticket online, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You will need to print this out and bring it with you Day of Show along with a valid ID. Your physical ticket can be picked up at your venues “Will Call” window the day of the show. 

 

Where is the “Will Call” window at the venue the show is at tonight?

Sound Rink does not know where every “Will Call” window is located at every venue we post on our website. If you need to know where your “Will Call” window is located, please contact the venue directly.

  

I accidentally deleted my confirmation email; can you resend it to me?

Sure can, just send us an email at: info@soundrink.com and tell us your name and the show you purchased a ticket to. We will gladly resend your confirmation email to you once we receive your email!

 

MEET AND GREET INFO

Where do we go for the Meet & Greet?

You will receive an email 2-7 days prior to your meet and greet with the info on where and when to show up for the meet and greet.  Please make sure you use a valid email so that we can let you know the time and place to meet at the venue.

 

How early do I need to arrive to the venue for the Meet & Greet?

This varies from tour to tour.  The info will be in the email you get prior to the show date. VIP package items will not be mailed to you.

 

What happens if a Meet & Greet is cancelled?

In the case of a Meet & Greet being cancelled, the Meet & Greet portion of the package will be refunded back to you.
